This week’s Drawing Health practice: Shouldering
My shoulders are tweaky, clicky, pop-y, and sore. There are places where my shoulders beg to be stretched constantly, and others where they refuse to go. There are trigger points and slow muscles and there’s a constant feeling that my left arm is hanging out of my left shoulder joint (rotator cuff muscles not working, maybe?).
Our shoulders carry so much, inside and out.
So let’s go in to our shoulders with care, curiosity, and time. A whole class in one area? I’m willing to bet there’s a whole world there.
